The hotel enjoys a superb location near the Charles Bridge. The staff offered friendly, courteous service, readily assisting with any requests. The breakfast choices impressed with an airy dining room that started each day positively. I enjoyed lunch at the hotel restaurant and found the experience good.

The hotel did not have laundry on site, though this looked as an amenity. This was a minor inconvenience but notable as it affected travel plans.

Fantastic Stay Near Charles Bridge!!!

My stay included a wonderful suite with warm and cozy decor and furnishings. The bathroom had underfloor heating, which I found luxurious. Each day, my room was kept super clean, something I very much appreciated. The location really stood out as it was a short walk to Charles Bridge.

I found it difficult to locate the hotel initially. The check-in felt rushed, and I did not receive the internet details immediately. Gaining access to the Wi-Fi required me to ask again.

The hotel had such a charming building with sweet flower boxes. its location near the charles bridge was unbeatable. we could walk everywhere easily. i even saw couples taking wedding photos outside in the mornings. It was all just so dreamy and sweet! i felt the reception staff was very cute.

i noticed the hotel heating was controlled centrally. i prefer adjusting the temperature in my room to my liking, since i want a cooler sleep, and i would like to be able to.

the breakfast was beautifully laid out there was fresh fruit cereals fruit juice and hot dishes.

The hotel was difficult to find check-in felt rushed and i did not receive internet details. the hotel regulates the heat and i prefer to control my own room temperature. i was told to open the windows for fresh air. there was a market right outside the room so the noise made it difficult to sleep.
